Climbing camp Bohuslän

Five days filled with climbing, community, and personal growth – designed for women who want to take the next step in their climbing journey, both mentally and physically.

Under the guidance of Daniela Ebler – a climbing coach with a holistic approach and a background in competition climbing, yoga, and mental training – you’ll explore all dimensions of climbing: technique, body awareness, strength, mobility, and mindset.

This camp is ideal for those with some climbing experience (indoor or outdoor) who want to progress, feel more confident on rock, practice falling techniques, and build both physical and mental strength.

We’ll combine practical climbing on rock and workshops with yoga, breathwork, core and shoulder training, hip mobility, and mental training sessions focused on confidence, focus, and calmness on the wall.
And of course – there will be plenty of time to connect, reflect, and breathe in the fresh sea air between sessions.

The main focus of this camp is sport climbing on bolted routes.

Prerequisites

This camp is open to all levels – whether you have years of experience or are just starting your outdoor climbing journey.

You need to have a Red Card (lead climbing certification).
If you don’t yet have it, you can complete one of our sport climbing courses before the camp.

The most important thing is your curiosity, motivation to grow, and joy of being on the rock

 

Day 1 – Welcome & Presence

  • Arrival and check-in

  • Introduction with Daniela: setting intentions, mindset, and creating a safe group environment

  • Light evening session: yoga, breathwork, and mobility for climbers

  • Dinner & group reflection

 

Day 2 – Climbing & Mental Focus

  • Morning: breathwork + activating core & shoulder training

  • Climbing on granite crags – focus on movement quality and body control

  • Workshop: fall practice and mental strength – facing fear and building trust

  • Evening yoga & relaxation

 

Day 3 – Technique & Movement on the Wall

  • Morning: mobility & stability for climbers

  • Climbing session focusing on footwork, balance, and efficient movement

  • Workshop: practical climbing technique – body alignment, positioning, and flow

  • Evening reflection & shared dinner

 

Day 4 – Integration & Growth

  • Morning: strength, breathing, and focus

  • Climbing session 2 – applying technique and strategy for lead climbing

  • Workshop: mental preparation for new projects and summits

  • Evening yoga & stretch

 

Day 5 – Flow & Closing

  • Morning yoga & gentle activation

  • Climbing with individual coaching

  • Closing circle: lessons learned, insights, and next steps

  • Departure in the afternoon

 

Included

  • Five days of climbing & coaching with Daniela Ebler

  • If there are more than 6 participants, an assistant instructor will be included.

Daniela Ebler

Daniela Ebler is one of Sweden’s leading climbing coaches and certified instructors, known for her holistic approach where body awareness, technique, and mental presence are equally valued. With a background in competition climbing and many years of experience coaching both indoors and outdoors, she has helped countless climbers take major steps in their progression.

Driven by a passion to make climbing more accessible and to create an environment where women in particular can grow as climbers and individuals, Daniela combines technical training, fall practice, and mental strength with yoga and mobility work. Her unique blend of expertise and empathy has made her one of the most inspiring and respected coaches in the climbing community.
