Ski tourng Iceland

Discover Iceland with us! Early spring is the best time for ski touring and we aim for the northern parts of the island, more precisely “Troll Peninsula”; an area of a whopping 3400 square meters filled to the brim with majestic mountains, mostly all with a height of over 1200 meters above sea level. During this time the days near the Arctic Circle are bright and the snow stays cold; great for skiing with long, steep runs from peak to fjord! Of course, we also take the opportunity to tick off other must-dos such as bathing in hot springs and getting to know the pride of the island; The Icelandic horses.

Magical nature as the nearest neighbor
Our home for the trip is Sóti Lodge, located in the heart of "Tröllaskagi" with the beautiful nature of northern Iceland, high mountain peaks and fjords as our nearest neighbors. Here we sleep well, relax in the lodge's spa area and enjoy delicious food. Each day starts with an energizing breakfast buffet and in the evening a 3-course dinner is served, prepared from local ingredients and according to what the season offers.
