Mera Peak Climbing with Ski Descent offers a thrilling blend of high-altitude climbing and exhilarating skiing. Standing at 6,476 meters, Mera Peak is the highest trekking peak in Nepal and provides an adventurous challenge for those looking to add skiing to their mountaineering experience.
The ascent involves trekking through remote valleys, pristine glaciers, and high-altitude passes, offering unparalleled views of five of the world’s tallest mountains, including Everest, Makalu, and Lhotse. After summiting, the descent transforms into an adrenaline-filled ski adventure, gliding down the expansive snowfields of Mera’s slopes.
This option is best suited for experienced climbers who are also confident skiers, as the high altitude and variable snow conditions can be demanding. The combination of a non- technical climbing route with the thrill of skiing makes this experience a unique and unforgettable way to explore the majestic Himalayan landscape while embracing the spirit of adventure.
